Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TRANSPORTE ESCOLAR E TURISMO. This policy explains how to request a refund for school transportation or charter bookings. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order or booking number. Include the trip date or route, if you have it.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Bookings we cancel

If we cancel a booking because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, we refund any amount paid, as stated in our Terms of Use.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
